MAKS Water is a wireless water leak sensor designed to notify about water leaks in residential and commercial premises. It works as part of the MAKS PRO security system and transmits data at a distance of up to 2000 m. The sensor is available in two colors – black and white, which allows you to choose the best option for any interior. Its sensitivity and low percentage of false alarms make it a reliable and effective tool for flood protection.
Advantages and characteristics of the model
MAKS Water is equipped with two adjustable sensors, both triggered by an alarm. The sensor operates at a frequency of 868 MHz, which ensures stable communication protected by 256-bit encryption. This allows the device to be used at long distances, up to 2000 m, with reliable data transmission. Powered by two AAA batteries with an operating voltage of 3 V, the device operates for up to 5 years without the need to replace the batteries. In standby mode, the device consumes only 5 μA, and during data transmission – 50 mA.

The MAKS Water sensor has an IP65 protection class, which means it is resistant to dust and moisture, which is especially important for use in places with high humidity, such as a bathroom or kitchen. The operating temperature of the device varies from -10 ° C to + 55 ° C, which allows it to be used in various climatic conditions. The device has compact dimensions – 67.5 × 67 × 18 mm and weighs only 55 g, which makes it convenient for installation. Configuration and control of the device are carried out through the MAKS Setup mobile application.
